Hisun‘s Groundbreaking Ceremony in Guizhou
Hisun hosted a groundbreaking ceremony on Feb 14th of 2022, to celebrate the construction of the new factory that will expand Hisun’s capacity of lithium-ion electrolyte by 100,000 ton per year if the plant is fully put into production. Zhongxin News says that Hisun’s Guizhou project will accelerate the development of Guizhou’s New Energy industry by completing the supply chain.
The plant is located at Xiaozhai Dam Town, Xifeng County, Guiyang City. Invested by Guizhou Hisun Lineng Technology Co., Ltd, Guizhou’s plant is expected to be put into production by the end of 2022. In 2021, Guizhou government published a series of statements that shows determination of making Guizhou into a national base for both lithium-ion battery research and manufacturing.
Jihong Huang, CEO of Hisun, says Guizhou is a great choice in Hisun’s business plan. It not only owns rich resources of phosphate, but also offers multiple business incentives such as tax reduction. Hisun even shifted its headquarter to Guizhou with a strong belief of Guizhou’s promising future in new energy industry and, as well as trust in the local government to work hand in hand with Hisun.
